Medical Bags and Packs

The larger carry solutions in the lineup are built around the MARCH protocol, the standard framework used in Tactical Combat Casualty Care. Internal organizers are designed to match the sequence of treatment priorities, so medics can locate supplies by stage without searching. The Combat Medic Backpack Elite functions as a mobile stabilization station with dedicated compartments for tourniquets, gloves, scissors, ampules, and immobilization splints. Construction combines Cordura 500D, Cordura Squadron, and Cordura 1000D on the bottom panel, with Tegris thermoplastic composite reinforcement on the internal organizer. Hardware is WOOJIN and YKK throughout.

The CLS Elite bag covers field care with shoulder and belt carry options and four integrated tourniquet pouches. Cordura 500D construction with Mil-Spec webbing and WOOJIN and YKK hardware keeps it field-ready under sustained use.

Medical Pouches and IFAK Solutions

The pouch lineup covers individual first aid kit carry across three main formats. Rip-off pouches attach via MOLLE and detach instantly in an emergency, allowing treatment to happen in the most accessible position. Most rip-off models are built from Cordura 1000D with a Tegris-reinforced adapter and dual YKK zippers for reliable access under pressure.

Horizontal and vertical Elite pouches use a two-part system — an outer shell and a removable IFAK organizer — for structured carry and rapid extraction. Most models use Cordura 500D or Cordura 1000D with Laser Cut MOLLE interfaces and YKK AquaGuard waterproof zippers.

Dedicated pouches for medical gloves, scissors, and shears keep individual tools accessible without opening the main kit. The gloves pouch holds up to 10 pairs with a paracord zipper pull for one-handed operation even with gloves on. The scissors pouch uses Cordura Squadron with an adjustable Woojin buckle strap. The City Med Pouch covers civilian emergency preparedness and everyday carry in a compact, lightweight format.

Tourniquet Pouches

Tourniquet access is a separate discipline. The lineup covers elastic, closed, and MOLLE-mounted options across multiple generations. Ambidextrous hook-and-loop extraction is available on Gen.IV and Gen.V models, allowing left or right-handed deployment without repositioning. Closed designs protect contents from dirt and dust in field conditions with a pull-tab quick-open system. Elastic MOLLE variants use Cordura Squadron and mount to plate carriers, belts, and tactical vests. All models are designed around C-A-T format tourniquets.

Modular Inserts and Organization

Tegris-based ampoule inserts keep 2ml, 5ml, and 10ml ampoules organized and protected inside a medical pack. Tegris is extremely lightweight, high-strength, and wear-resistant. The IFAK Insert Organizer Elite uses Cordura Squadron and Hypalon construction with perforated elastic retention for flexible gear placement, plus an integrated trauma shears holder and paracord pull handles. The Medic Backpack Insert provides a semi-rigid modular hook-and-loop system for organizing trauma supplies inside any standard backpack.

Identification Patches

Blood group patches in all types mount directly to MOLLE interfaces. Medic Cross patches in PVC and Laser Cut formats attach to pouches, bags, and gear for fast visual identification at the point of wounding. Quick identification saves seconds, and seconds matter in trauma care.

Choosing the Right Setup

Start with the role. A combat medic running full TCCC protocol needs a bag built around MARCH. An individual soldier needs a tourniquet pouch and an IFAK solution on their plate carrier. Law enforcement and first responders may prioritize compact, fast-access pouches over full medical packs.

Then consider the carry method. MOLLE-mounted pouches integrate into existing plate carrier and vest setups. Rip-off systems work best when the pouch needs to move with the casualty. Bags with shoulder and belt carry options cover medics who operate between positions.
