Helmet Covers
Tactical Helmet Covers for Field Use, Training, and Shooting

M-Tac US tactical helmet covers are used on combat and protective helmets to reduce glare, support camouflage, and protect the helmet shell during regular use. Each cover is made for a specific helmet platform — TOR-D, FAST, or PASGT — and fits without interfering with mounted equipment. All models are available in Multicam.
TOR-D Helmet Covers
TOR-D covers are made from mesh with a Cordura 500D rear insert. They include an NVG mount cutout, hook-and-loop panels on the top, sides, and rear for patches and unit identifiers, and webbing loops for additional camouflage. One model adds a rear loop flap for routing active headset cables.
FAST & PASGT Helmet Covers
Alder covers for FAST and PASGT helmets are made entirely from Cordura 500D. A Laser Cut wavy pattern breaks up the helmet's outline during field movement. Attachment is via hook-and-loop straps with Shock Cord along the bottom edge for fit adjustment. These models do not include NVG cutouts or patch panels.
Choosing a Helmet Cover
Start with helmet platform. If your setup includes NVG or active headsets, choose a TOR-D cover. If silhouette reduction is the priority without mounted electronics, the Alder cover for FAST or PASGT is the right choice. For material preference: mesh keeps weight low, Cordura 500D suits higher abrasion and extended field use.
