Product & Warranty

M-Tac provides the highest quality products that are free of defects and made of high-quality materials.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our support: sales@m-tac.us.

Damages resulting from: abuse or misuse, extended wear and tear, customer modification, exposure to a caustic substance.

Check the product page where you can find the "Size Chart" button. If this information is missing, please contact our support.

Returns & Refunds

If you need a different size or color, you will need to return the product, and place a new order.

We strive to process the refund as soon as possible, but the full process can take up to 15 business days.   We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the carrier delivers the item to our Returns Center. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund

Products purchased from m-tac.us have a 30-day return or replacement policy from the moment you received your order. More details on the page RETURNS & REFUNDS.

Ordering & Shipping

Delivery of orders by third-party providers is the only option available now. M-TAC reserves the right to choose the carrier.

Please, check your email. The email address you provided during Checkout allows us to provide information about the status of your order via the shipping confirmation email.

If you haven't received your order, we recommend that you check the tracking number provided by us. Please note, sometimes carriers mistakenly indicate the delivery status as "Completed", and as practice shows customers still receive their parcels but with a delay. For this reason, we ask our customers to wait an additional 7 days from the moment the track number changes to the "Delivered" status before contacting support. Please contact us with your name, order # and any additional information you think can help us to track your order.

Shipping cost will be calculated on the shipping page in the checkout process. The cost varies depending on your location and the shipping method your select.

Currently, orders can be shipped within the Continental US, Hawaii, and Alaska.

Expedited shipping is available only in the Continental US.

We deliver orders to APO/FPO locations.

Set the City to APO, FPO, or DPO, set the State/Province/Region to AA, AE, or AP, and the Country/Region to "United States" when shipping to an APO, FPO, or DPO address. Standard Shipping Deliveries may take up to 21 business days for these addresses.
