Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot accept
returns on products that have been embroidered.

Sometimes, something can go wrong and you need to replace the product. We strive to make the process of replacing a new product as easy as possible. You'll fill out the return form, return the original item, and place a new order. Please note that the units you returned must have original tags and be in new condition with no signs of use or washing. We will initiate a refund as soon as we perform an inspection of the units that were returned to us. PLEASE NOTE: All clearance items are final sale. Any clearance or special order products cannot be returned or exchanged.

That new order will ship immediately. Once we have received and processed the return, we will issue the credit.

Yes, you will. Shipping charges will only be covered by M-Tac in the event of a return or exchange of a defective product, or a shipping error.

Once you have initiated the return of your order, you have 14 days to return it.
Upon receipt of the return, we need from 1 to 2 days to conduct an inspection of the return.

Shipping

UPS can deliver on weekends in certain areas.

Our warehouse has from 1 - 7 days processing time for all orders. Orders placed on a weekend or federal holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Please contact customer service for further assistance with opening a lost package investigation. If after eight working days the investigation has turned out unsuccessful, we will be able to either send you a replacement package or give you a full refund.

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses usually take 1-2 weeks, but according to UPS it can take
up to 6-8 weeks.

Unfortunately we don't ship internationally.
