Product Warranty
M-Tac warrants all products will be covered for 90 days from the date of purchase against defects in material or workmanship. The apparel & accessories warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, everyday wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure, or extensive use. Also, our warranty becomes null and void on ANY garment washed in or exposed to hot water, ironing, or placed in a dryer. Please follow the product care tips described on the Product care information page and product tags. The way the product is used directly impacts the wearable/usable life of the product, as materials will deteriorate and fade over time, and parts will wear out.
The warranty policy covers products purchased by the original owner. If one of our products, purchased from our online store at m-tac.us, does not meet your expectations within 30 days of the purchase date, follow the process to request a replacement item or return for a full refund (excluding delivery costs) on the Returns Policy page. For products that have been bought with a defect or started showing a fault within the warranty period, please email us at sales@m-tac.us with the following information below to process a warranty claim:
- Order ID: #
- Code of product
- Description of the problem
- Detailed photos
After contacting the warranty department, we will help you to process the warranty claim. Replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty. Please follow the process described above to request a replacement item or return for a full refund in the warranty case (including compensation for delivery costs in the warranty case).
