- Transit time does not include order processing time;
- We ship to APO/FPO addresses (delivery time may take up to 25 days);
- Delivery to the following locations has been temporarily suspended: Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, Palau;
- We currently do not ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Important Information
We recommend adding a phone number to your order details so the carrier can contact you if delivery issues arise — this may speed up delivery.
If the carrier is unable to deliver your package to the provided address and the shipment is returned to us, you will be notified via email to confirm the delivery address. For reshipment, the customer must cover the full shipping cost according to carrier rates.
Placing an Order
- The customer is fully responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If the carrier deems the address incomplete, we will pause fulfillment to contact you for clarification. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the order will be cancelled;
- Editing the shipping address after the order is placed is not possible. To change the address, the order must be cancelled and a new one placed;
- Editing items in an existing order (such as size or product replacement) is limited. In most cases, we ask you to cancel the order and place a new one;
- Once a tracking number has been issued, the order is considered shipped and cannot be cancelled;
- If our system recognizes your order as a case of fraud, the order will be automatically cancelled and you will receive a refund. Please contact us via email and provide additional information to ensure no one has used your bank card without your knowledge. M-TAC takes pride in handling your information most securely and constantly works to ensure you receive your order on time.
Transit
- We reserve the right to choose the carrier. Orders may also ship from different warehouses or in multiple packages to ensure prompt delivery;
- A tracking number will be sent to your email;
- If your order ships from an international warehouse, tracking updates are estimated to begin appearing 5-6 days after placing the order, as the package may not be trackable until it arrives at a local U.S. carrier facility;
- There are instances where shipping providers will delay the shipment of a package due to unforeseen events beyond our control. If your package has been delayed beyond its scheduled delivery time, we will not be able to refund any shipping charges. We will attempt within all reasonable means to contact you for further instructions. Please be aware that FedEx and USPS do not have any guarantees as to the delivery time of a ground package;
- During holidays, shipments may be delayed.
Delivery
- If you receive the wrong product or a defective item, please contact our support team and follow the instructions in our “Return Policy”;
- If we make a mistake packing your order, or the description is materially different than the item you receive, please contact us and we will fix the problem at no additional cost to you. Please note that this guarantee only applies to our errors;
- Refusal to accept the order will result in either a partial or no refund, as M-TAC will have to cover the cost of return shipping and fees.
Find a Missing Package That Shows as Delivered
Notes:
Please be informed that order reimbursements for the lost package is purely based on tracking information. In this case, packages with the status "delivered", according to tracking information, to the correct address specified by the customer, we're unable to issue a reimbursement.
If tracking shows that your order was delivered but you cannot locate your item(s):
- Check your safe place location;
- Ask neighbors if it is safe to do so;
- Contact the carrier. The carrier may have more information about the location of the package;
- Verify the shipping address in “Your Orders”;
- Look for a delivery attempt notice;
- Search around the delivery location;
- Check if someone else accepted the package (unless unsafe);
- Inspect your mailbox or usual delivery spots, as some packages pass through multiple carriers;

Wait 48 hours, as in rare cases packages may be marked “delivered” before arrival;
Claims Period for Problematic Orders
We accept and review claims regarding lost, delayed, or otherwise problematic orders within 90 days from the shipment date. This timeframe is established because most carriers retain tracking information for up to 90 days, and such tracking data serves as the primary reference for investigating and resolving shipping-related issues.
