Refund policy

We guarantee the quality of M-TAC products and always stand behind our customers. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may easily return an eligible item you bought on the m-tac.us official website. M-TAC has a 30-day return or replacement policy from the moment you receive your order. The product you want to return must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Please keep the product's packaging with the barcode; this is a required condition in case of return and request for a refund. Refunds will not be granted for returns outside of the Policy. Units not suitable for return will be donated or discarded.
Please note: returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% at M-Tac's discretion.
We will refund the original payment method used at the time of purchase, excluding shipping costs spent on delivering the order to the customer. If you receive a damaged or defective item, M-TAC guarantees a full refund or replacement of the item with a new one at no additional cost to you. How do I send an item for a refund?
- Pack the item in its original packaging;
- All products must be unused and undamaged to ensure a refund;
- When returning shoes or any other item that has the original packaging, please place it in an external additional transport box. Do NOT use this box as transport packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the shoebox is damaged;
- Customers need to return products for a refund no later than 14 days from the date the return label was provided.
Please note: M-TAC cannot be responsible for items we did not receive.
Replacement
If you need a different size or color, you will need to return the product. To do so, follow the steps described above and place a new order. The new order will be shipped, reducing the wait time for replacement items. You will receive a refund as soon as we receive and process your request. We strive to process the refund as soon as possible, but the full process can take up to 15 business days.
