The shirt features a fitted cut designed to accommodate the female silhouette while allowing freedom of movement. Two chest pockets with vertical hook-and-loop closures provide convenient storage for essential items. Three hook-and-loop panels on the front include two name tape panels above the chest pockets and a central panel for rank insignia. A front zipper, covered by a hook-and-loop fastening placket, provides a secure closure.

Two spacious zippered pockets on the sleeves offer additional storage. Hook-and-loop panels with openings for pens or similarly sized accessories are positioned over the sleeve pockets.
