The M-Tac Shoulder Damper for Cuirass Plate Carrier is designed to equally distribute the weight on the shoulders and significantly increase comfort while carrying high loads of equipment. Made out of abrasion and impact-resistant Cordura material to withstand damage under any circumstances.
Soft padding and the 3D net inserts allow for excellent ventilation and prevent the straps from cutting into the shoulders. This tactical shoulder damper easily attaches to the Cuirass Plate Carrier with VELCRO® Brand straps. This damper will not take the load off your shoulders, but it will definitely make carrying it much more pleasant.
Compatible with a wide range of M-Tac plate carriers, including Cuirass Elite, Elite XL, Elite Gen.II, FAST, and FAST Elite models.

This little attachment is absolutely wortg the cost! This made a huge difference in comfort of wearing/carry a full kit around all day. Simple to attach, shipment was fast.
The padding is comfortable and by design, pulls shoulder straps of your kit in some allowing weight of kit to sit comfortably on your trap muscles. Overall, for me, it was the missing piece for my setup to feel more weightless with the way i wear mine (tight to body). I have multiple sets of armor for different types of mission and training. Ill be buying 1 for each kit. Also at this price, plan to grab some to give as a gift.

As a medium-build guy who’s no stranger to tactical loads, I grabbed these Dampers for my plate carrier, and they’ve proven their worth. I’m running ceramics, however I truly believe they’re best suited for the big fellas out there operating with steel plates or just heavier kits overall they fit large carriers like a glove, though they adapted surprisingly well to my medium setup without any fuss.
