The M-Tac Medical Pouch Vertical Small Gen.II Elite is a vital addition to your tactical gear, designed to keep all necessary medical supplies organized and accessible. The primary upgrade in this second generation is the addition of MOLLE panels on the side sections, which are perfectly suited for mounting a tourniquet pouch or securing medical shears.

The system consists of two main components: an outer pouch and an internal IFAK (Individual First Aid Kit) organizer that features a vertical extraction method. Both the outer sleeve and internal organizer are constructed from Cordura 500D, a high-strength material resistant to abrasion and heavy loads. The internal side walls are reinforced with nylon webbing to help the pouch maintain its shape, while an adjustable tensioner ensures the contents remain securely held. The pouch attaches to gear using a Laser Cut MOLLE interface.

The internal organizer is equipped with a flap that attaches to the outer pouch, serving as both a fastener and a handle for rapid extraction during emergencies. It utilizes a hook-and-loop closure system similar to a pencil case design. Internally, the kit features three compartments and two-stage elastic bands for the precise placement of medical supplies.
