M-Tac Medical Pouch Vertical Large Elite
The outer pouch is made of Cordura 500D—a strong material resistant to abrasion and heavy loads. The inner side walls are reinforced with nylon webbing, helping the pouch maintain its shape. An additional securing element is the compression strap, which keeps the med kit firmly in place even during active movement. It attaches to gear via a Laser Cut MOLLE interface.
The internal organizer is also made of Cordura 500D and features a flap that connects to the outer pouch, acting as both a fastening element and a quick-release system for rapid access. It closes with Velcro in a pencil case-style design. Inside the med kit, there are three compartments and dual-level elastic loops for organizing medical supplies.
The thoughtful design allows for efficient storage of all essential medical items. The organizer flap and MOLLE interface are made from innovative Cordura Squadron material.
