The M-Tac Plate Carrier Cuirass Tiger Elite represents the next evolution of personal armor systems, combining advanced protective materials, modular functionality, and ergonomic comfort for professional tactical use.

Designed to accept Large ESAPI (USA) ballistic plates with dimensions of 13.3 × 10.2 in (33.7 × 26 cm), the carrier provides a secure, low-profile platform suitable for military, law enforcement, and training applications.

A defining feature of the Cuirass Tiger Elite is its two-piece cummerbund system. The lower section incorporates a UHMWPE (Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene) ballistic package that meets STANAG 2920 fragmentation protection requirements with a V50 rating of approximately 2,016 ft/s (614.5 m/s). The upper section combines Tegris® thermoplastic composite with Cordura® 500D, creating a lightweight, rigid MOLLE-compatible platform for mounting additional equipment.

The cummerbund is equipped with premium Duraflex® quick-release buckles by National Molding, allowing rapid donning and emergency removal while maintaining exceptional strength and reliability.

Constructed from Cordura® 500D, the carrier delivers outstanding abrasion resistance and durability. The interior features 3D mesh padding to improve ventilation, airflow, and comfort during extended wear, while ergonomically shaped shoulder straps distribute weight evenly and reduce fatigue.

The front panel includes a laser-cut hook-and-loop MOLLE platform for ID patches and modular accessories, along with a YKK AquaGuard® zippered admin pocket designed to securely store identification, keys, maps, or other small essentials.

The lower front features a removable triple magazine placard that securely retains rifle magazines. To prevent accidental separation, the placard is additionally secured with Woojin® attachment buckles. Integrated elastic loops on the sides provide convenient storage for chem lights, markers, or other slim accessories.

The rear panel incorporates a full MOLLE platform and a reinforced drag handle, which remains secured with hook-and-loop panels until needed for emergency extraction.
