In this fourth generation, the side straps are secured with hook-and-loop fasteners on both sides, enabling both right-handed and left-handed extraction. The retention system consists of a wide elastic band that firmly grips the tourniquet, preventing it from accidentally falling out during intense movement. The well-engineered construction ensures that you can deploy the tourniquet instantly from either side for immediate life-saving use.

This model is designed to attach directly to the front Velcro panel located under the flap of a plate carrier. It offers versatile mounting options, allowing the tourniquet to be positioned to the left, to the right, or centered directly beneath the plate carrier's front panel.
