M-Tac Plate Carrier Sturm Elite

The M-Tac Sturm Elite Plate Carrier is an innovative armor carrier developed with direct input from Ukrainian soldiers and designed specifically for the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade. This carrier has already earned a legendary reputation in the war, proving its reliability and durability under real combat conditions.

A key upgrade of the Sturm Elite compared to previous generations is the addition of Duraflex quick-release buckles on the cummerbund and shoulder straps. These premium fasteners combine simplified operation, low weight, and high strength.
To secure the buckle, insert the cummerbund (or shoulder strap) end into the receiving slot until you hear a click. To release it, pull sharply upward or downward (or sideways when disconnecting shoulder buckles).

The carrier is compatible with ESAPI plates in the following sizes:
• Medium — 12.5 x 9.5 in (31.8 x 24.1 cm)
• Large — 13.25 x 10.25 in (33.7 x 26 cm)
• Extra Large — 14 x 11 in (35.5 x 28 cm)
Internal elastic retention straps allow you to adjust the fit precisely to your plate size.

The carrier can also be upgraded with the M-Tac Soft Armor Set, Level 1, which includes six elements: front and back panels, two cummerbund inserts, and two shoulder inserts.

Constructed from Cordura 500D, the carrier provides excellent abrasion resistance and durability under heavy loads. The enlarged cummerbund with a 4-row MOLLE interface supports mounting additional gear such as horizontal med pouches or utility pouches.

A removable Laser-Cut MOLLE panel on the front allows for convenient placement of pouches, holsters, organizers, and other equipment. Above it sits a compact admin pocket with a water-resistant AquaGuard zipper — ideal for IDs, cards, or small essentials.
A Velcro® panel with cutouts supports patches and MOLLE-compatible accessories.

On the rear side, a traditional MOLLE field is complemented by a reinforced drag handle. Inside the front and back panels, designers added 3D mesh ventilation pads to improve airflow and comfort during extended wear.

The Sturm Elite carrier can be used as a standalone system or expanded with several modular protection upgrades, forming a complete modern armor system. Compatible add-ons include:
