M-Tac Combat Medic Backpack Elite

M-TAC COMBAT MEDIC BACKPACK ELITE MULTICAM sets the gold standard for battlefield medical backpacks, functioning as a full-fledged mobile stabilization station.

The exterior features two administrative compartments:

The lower compartment is equipped with a MOLLE panel for attaching additional gear.

The upper compartment includes an integrated pouch ideal for storing up to six pairs of medical gloves.

At the top of the front panel, there’s an integrated medical scissors holder made of Hypalon and Murdock webbing, secured with a buckle by the Korean brand Woojin. Additional eyelets at the top and bottom allow for attaching safety cords or paracord for extra gear.

Side panels hold four integrated elastic tourniquet pouches (C-A-T format), with the top ones also including elastic marker holders. Side handles provide easy horizontal carry.

The main compartment includes three transparent and two mesh compartments, designed specifically around the MARCH protocol (TCCC – Tactical Combat Casualty Care). Each compartment has a Velcro patch for labeling its corresponding treatment stage. Beneath the top mesh compartment are two elastic loops for markers. The base is lined with Velcro, allowing transparent compartments to be removed if necessary. A pull tab on the flap ensures quick access, and when tucked between the zipper runners, it prevents the backpack from fully sealing shut—ideal for rapid deployment.

Around the main compartment are loops for tape, gauze, and tourniquets. Side holders are made of elastic, while lower ones are made of webbing connected by YKK snap buttons.

The inner pocket is lined with Velcro and includes a removable organizer for ampules and essential medical tools.

The organizer exterior is made from durable Oxford fabric.

The interior is lined with Velcro.

Reinforced with Tegris thermoplastic composite and EVA foam, the organizer resists impact while maintaining structure.

Modular ampule inserts are made of Tegris and elastic straps, with Velcro backing for adjustable placement.
Medical gear holders are made of Hypalon and elastic bands, each fitted with Woojin end caps. A center envelope-style pocket is designed for alcohol wipes, catheter tape, etc., and attaches via Velcro.

Side compression straps with gatekeepers prevent the internal pocket from fully opening when not intended. A mesh rear pocket with a zipper is available for storing immobilization splints.

Shoulder straps feature chest-strap buckles for a secure fit, while the bottom includes a waist strap system for better load distribution. At the bottom of the pack is a dedicated pouch for a thermal blanket or stretcher, secured using MOLLE.

The main structure of the Combat Medic Backpack Elite Multicam is made from a combination of Cordura Squadron and Cordura 500D—ultra-durable, abrasion-resistant, and easy to maintain. The bottom panel is reinforced with Cordura 1000D for extra durability.
