M-Tac Open Top AR/AK Mag Pouch Gen.3
The M-Tac AR/AK magazine pouch features a unique design with a special rubber insert that securely holds the magazine in place—it won’t fall out under any conditions, even during parachute jumps or when upside down. However, as soon as you apply pressure to remove the magazine, it instantly ends up in your hand, as the gripping surface remains accessible even when the magazine is inside the pouch. This greatly speeds up reloads and makes magazine changes faster and more efficient.
Notably, M-Tac designers deliberately avoided using plastic side inserts, as plastic can crack in low temperatures—making this pouch more reliable in harsh weather conditions.
