SHIPPING & RETURN
Please allow 1-7 days for order processing and packaging
Domestic US shipping is provided by UPS with the Standard tariff. Shipping time in the US depends on the state where the order was made from.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders placed on the weekends, or during federal holidays will be processed the next working day. At this time, the shipping departments may also not be operating due to the holidays.
In case you receive a wrong or a damaged item, we offer a replacement free of charge. If that happens, our team will send you a return label.
If you are unsatisfied with the ordered item, you have the right to initiate the return process within 45 days of delivery. IMPORTANT: items bought at discount prices are not subject to returns.
We only process returns of orders that were made from the official M-Tac website at: m-tac.us. We do not offer returns on items bought from other retail stores.
After initiating the return process, you have to return the item within 14 days.
Returns apply to products where all the tags are intact, the item is not damaged and has not been ironed. If the item comes in a box (i.e. sneakers) do not use that box as the shipping parcel.
If you received a wrong or damaged item, you should email us first, stating the issue along with a few photos of the item. Then, our customer support team will let you know which steps you should take. Do not send back the item straight away.
As soon as we receive the return parcel, it will take 1-2 days to inspect the items. During the inspection, we make sure that the item does not have wear-marks and is not damaged. Then, we will issue a refund to the card with which the purchase has been made. The return process is not simple, so please allow up to 14 days until the refund will show on your card.
